(individual and studio/home studio rates available).
PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICE GROUP
This group insurance program starts every year on October 1st. You can join anytime as they offer a pro-rated fee structure.
This policy covers both Professional Liability for 2,000,000 with zero deductible and Commercial Liability for 2,000,000 with $500 deductible. There are adds on for contents and business interruption for those with their own studios.
The annual policy fee for Oct. 1, 2019 – Sept 30
$125 plus 8% tax ($10) = $135
The annual processing fee is $50 tax included
Total: $185
This program covers over 100 modalities including, yoga, pilates, and dance (barre), and over 100 other modalities for one fee. Your certification must be up to date to make the insurance valid. An expired certification will void the policy.

He will send you an application and registration form electronically and you can pay be etransfer. It takes about a week to set up your policy and there is a one time $30 registration fee if you are not yet part of the program.
