Yin Yoga                   

• In this course you will learn the philosophy behind Yin Yoga which is based on Chinese Medicine principles.
• You will learn the Yin Yoga posture repetoire and have the opportunity to practice teach with others in the course.
• Discover how to cue and integrate philosophy into your teaching to deepen the experience of your students.
• You will learn the basics of how to design a Yin Yoga class.
